The French have an affectionate term for the ultimate cooking range - le piano. The Fontenay is just such a range, and everyone comes a la carte. Starting from a basic hob layout, each Fontenay is built to reflect individual requirements, with a choice of gas burners, simmering plates, cast iron griddles, deep fat fryers, and electric or gas ovens. The Fontenay is truly a prince among stoves.
