1. All orders are accepted on Business Gifts (UK) Ltd Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are set out below.
In these terms the expression "the Company" shall mean "Business Gifts (UK) Ltd ".
2. The prices quoted shall be subject to increase due to factors beyond the Company's control. The current price for any goods ordered will be the price applicable at the date of the placing of the order which price will be notified to the customer prior to the acceptance by the Company of the customer's order.
3. The prices quoted will be exclusive of: -
A. Value Added Tax, at the rate ruling at the invoice tax point will be added to the price.
B. Postage and carriage will be charged in addition to the price at the prevailing rate at the time of delivery of the goods.
C. The cost of preparing proofs and making dies, screens, jacquards, tools, masters, engraving and setting up costs in connection with the any of the foregoing, the price of which works will always be priced separately and in addition to the price of the goods provided always that such items shall be and remain the property of the Company.
4. Orders of less than £100 are subject to an administration charge of £10.
5. Any samples supplied by the Company are supplied on approval and if the same are not returned in 30 days, such samples shall be deemed to have been sold to the customer at the price quoted.
Translation - German Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
1. Für alle von Business Gifts (UK) Ltd (im Folgenden „Unternehmen“ genannt) angenommenen Aufträge gelten die unten angeführten Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen.
2. Die angegebenen Preise gelten unter Vorbehalt von Preisänderungen im Zusammenhang mit Faktoren, die nicht im Einflussbereich des Unternehmens liegen. Als aktueller Preis für bestellte Waren gilt der Preis zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung, der dem Kunden vor Annahme des Auftrags durch das Unternehmen mitgeteilt wird.
3. Alle von uns genannten Preise verstehen sich
a) exkl. Mehrwertsteuer. Die Mehrwertsteuer wird in gesetzlicher Höhe in der Rechnung gesondert ausgewiesen.
b) zzgl. der zum Zeitpunkt der Zustellung geltenden Liefer- und Versandkosten.
c) exkl. Kosten für Probedrucke, Siebdrucke und Gravierung sowie Kosten für die Herstellung von Stempeln, Werkzeugen, Vorlagen, Jacquard-Stoffen und aller im Zusammenhang mit den oben genannten Leistungen anfallenden Kosten. Diese Kosten werden immer separat angegeben und zusätzlich zum Preis der Ware verrechnet. Dabei wird immer vorausgesetzt, dass die oben angeführten Artikel Eigentum des Unternehmens sind und bleiben.
4. Für Bestellungen unter 100,-- Pfund wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 10,-- Pfund verrechnet.
5. Alle Warenmuster, die der Kunde vom Unternehmen erhält, werden zur Ansicht bereitgestellt. Warenmuster, die innerhalb von 30 Tagen nicht retourniert werden, gelten als verkauft und werden dem Kunden zum Angebotspreis in Rechnung gestellt.
