Source text - English To be sure that there is nobody on the arm and/or near the burner/s
To restore the blocking device on the pressure reducer.
In this way the pressure reducer is ready to work.
Open slowly the shut-off manual valve; this operation is important to avoid any problems on the instrumentations located on the gas line.
When the shut-off manual valve is open, to check:
The pressure on the pressure gauge (before the pressure reducer) is the same as that supplied to the XXX machine;
The pressure on the pressure gauge (after the pressure reducer) is the same as that supplied from the XXX technician on the “data sheet”;
Verify if there are any leakages with the specific liquid;
Supply the electric panel and turn on the main switch;
Turn on for a short instant the electric motor of the fan and control that the motors spins the same direction as shown by the arrow on their shell;
Turn on for a short instant the hydraulic pump electric motor and control that the motors spins the same direction as shown by the arrow on their shell;
With the appropriate selector switch do some arm movements with care and very slowly; make sure of the right placing of the flexible pipes, so they aren’t squashed or warped;
Now the machine is ready for starting.
MACHINE START-UP CYCLE
INITIALIZING PAGE
On this page it is indicated the code of XXX machine (to be indicated at XXX’s service in case of request for assistance).
Pressing the “wrench button” , operator can access to the page “SETTING”
Pressing the “home button” , operator can access to the page “HOME”
SETTING PAGE
“Set button”: it is possible to change the date and time set on the machine;
“Cleaning button”:
Button to be pressed in case of pixels visual disfunction on the HMI;
“Calibration button”:
Button to be pressed for the realignment of the HMI sensors;
“Switch off button”: it is possible to Logout from TIA Portal.
By pressing calibration button a password will be requested:
Password for operator
user = Operator / Client → password = 100
HOME PAGE (FIX-SP)
By pressing button, in the “Home” – “FIX SP” menu, operator can fix the set point of the heating machine: the machine supply the maximum thermal power to achieve the target temperature in the lowest lapse of time.
Operator has to:
Set the target temperature in “Man.
Setpoint”,
Press the button “Heating start”.
AIR FCV POS: it gives a feed-back to the operator about the percentage of opening of the flow control valve (namely the thermal power value supplied by the heating machine).
The “machine indicator” indicates to operator the current status of the heating machine (the indication changes continuously according to the machine status).
HOME PAGE (PRG)
In the “Home” – “PRG” menu, operator can choose the required heating program.
At the left-bottom side of the HMI page, operator can find the switch button for the “Hot Start”:
“Hot start 0”:
Heating machine follows the temperature recipe set in the software considering that if the ladle is already hot and the initial part of the heating cycle set in the machine consider a lower temperature, the burner will work at minimum thermal power level.
“Hot start 1”:
Heating machine follows the temperature recipe from the temperature detected by the thermocouple.
HOME PAGE (SER)
In case of thermocouple failure or any damage of the compensated cable connected to thermocouple, the heating power supplied by the machine cannot be controlled.
In the “Home” – “SER” menu, operator should act on the virtual switch to by-pass the alarm.
Operator can set the machine in the “power supply mode”
It means that the software does not regulate the thermal power supplied by the machine according to the thermocouple, but according to the thermal power: namely with the opening % of the flow control valve installed on the combustion air line.
Therefore, the higher is the %, the higher is the thermal power supplied by the heating machine.
After having set the % of thermal power, operator shall press the button “service start”.
FLAME MENU – TUNDISH STATION
In the “Flame / Flame” menu, it is possible to see the synoptical page of the combustion system with the instrument installed along gas and combustion air line (various pressures, ranges and temperatures measured throughout the installation).
FLAME MENU – PREHEATING SYSTEM WITH BURNERS FOR SEN PREHEATING
In the “Flame / Flame” menu, it is possible to see the synoptical page of the combustion system with the instrument installed along gas and compressed air line.
HYDRAULIC MENU
The “Flame / Hydraulic unit” menu depicts the activation of:
limit switches installed on the tilting arm (ZSH / ZSL).
hydraulic motor.
The “Flame / Hydraulic unit” menu depicts also:
LSL GREEN = correct level of hydraulic fluid.
LSL GREY = hydraulic fluid level not correct
HEATING RECIPT
In the “Heating receipt Set / Eye “ menu, operator can check the steps of each heating program previously set.

In the “Heating receipt Set / Write “ menu, operator can set each step of the chosen heating program.
TREND PAGE
In the “trend page“ menu, operator can see through curves the trends of temperature Vs. time.
It compares the heating cycle performed by the heating machine with the preselected heating curve (one USB at least 4 GB is inserted to record all the data).

All the parameter setting under the symbol can be changed only by Ceba specialist.

In the “Information“ menu, operator can check the status of the machine.
INFORMATION – DIGITAL I/O
In the “Information / Digital I/O“ menu, operator can see the digital signals (input / output) installed in the heating machine.
INFORMATION – ANALOGIC I/O
In the “Information / Analogic I/O“ menu, operator can see the analogic signals (input / output) installed in the heating machine.
ALARM PAGE – ACTIVE ALARM
In the “Alarm / active alarm“ menu, operator can verify the alarms in case of activation of any of them.
ALARM PAGE – ACTIVE ALARM
In the “Alarm / Chronology alarm“ menu, operator can verify the previous historic chronology of all the activated alarms.
It is not possible to reset this alarm page.
COUNTING / CLOCK PAGE – TUNDISH STATION
In the “Counting / Clock“ menu, operator can verify:
Machine time in cycle: lapse of time elapsed from the beginning of the heating cycle.
Burner time 1 on: lapse of time elapsed from the ignition of the burner.
Note: it is not possible to reset these values.
COUNTING / CLOCK PAGE – SEN PREHEATING STATION
In the “Counting / Clock“ menu, operator can verify:
Machine time in cycle: lapse of time elapsed from the beginning of the heating cycle.
Burner time 1 on: lapse of time elapsed from the ignition of the burner.
Note: it is not possible to reset these values.
Machine Stop
To stop heating station the operator can:
Switch off the burners by means of the dedicated selector (BURNER OFF);
Press the button MACHINE STOP;
Lift the arm, when the system loses the signal of the “limit switch – work position” (proximity switch) and the machine achieve the “limit switch – parking position” the system stops the burner.
ALARMS
Alarms may occur for the following reasons:
If any of the burner’s flame goes off, the ALARM is activated.
Press RESET ALARM to shut off the alarm.
Note:
Once the alarm due to burner blockage turns on, wait at least 3 seconds before resetting the flame control (by pushing the button RESET BURNER), otherwise the alarm condition does not disappear.
In case of high temperature, the HIGH TEMPERATURE alarm is activated.
Operator must check the condition of the thermocouple, the condition of the compensated cable or the regulation conditions of the burners.
To reset the alarm press RESET ALARM push-button (the alarm cannot be cleared unless the alarm condition has been solved).
If any of the motor protection detect a failure (fan, hydraulic unit), the ALARM is activated.
Operator must check the condition of the motors installed on the heating machine (fan, hydraulic unit), clear the motor failure and restore the circuit breaker.
Only when the failure has been cleared operator can press RESET ALARM to shut off the alarm.
If the tightness control failure occurs, the ALARM is activated.
Press RESET ALARM to shut off the alarm.
Once the alarm has been cleared, if the tightness control failure occurs again check the status of the main solenoid valves.
If the level of hydraulic fluid inside the tank is low, the ALARM is activated.
Fill the hydraulic tank with hydraulic fluid and the Press RESET ALARM to shut off the alarm.
RULES FOR CORRECT USE OF THE CEBA MACHINE
XXX is not responsible for damages to the machine in case all the instructions contained in this manual are not fulfilled.
To avoid leaving the door of the electrical control panel open while the CEBA machine is running.
This compromises the protection of the electronic components from iron dust, which would damage the internal components.
Check that there are not drops of water from the site roof where the plant is installed, drops of water on external electrical components or on the case of electrical cabinet, they could damage electronic components or cause short-circuits.
Every time you try to light the burner, the gas is let in the tundish; so do not modify the starting procedure and do not insist for a long time to avoid the tundish would gas saturated.
After three trials of ignition, to up the cover /arm to allow at the air to circulate; to replace the machine in work position and to repeat the ignition sequence.
The XXX machine is designed to operate heating cycle like of contract; don’t keep the maximum temperature of the heating cycle beyond the time indicated in the contract.
In case of need to keep the cycle longer, lower the set-point temperature to 900°C and only one hour before the end of the cycle, to reach the maximum temperature.
This allow to increase the life of the machine.
XXX machine has not been designed to work as a stand-by machine.
Do not leave the arm in working position over the hot tundish (with combustion air fan turned-off) to avoid overheating issues.
The burner can be ignited either with arm in working position or after that the arm has been displaced by parking position (it is possible to ignite the burner when the arm is in intermediate position).
Translation - French S'assurer qu'il n'y a personne sur le bras et/ou près du(des) brûleur(s)
Pour restaurer le dispositif de blocage sur le détendeur.
De cette façon, le détendeur est prêt à fonctionner.
Ouvrir lentement la vanne manuelle d'arrêt ; cette opération est importante pour éviter tout problème sur les instruments situés sur la conduite de gaz.
Lorsque la vanne manuelle d'arrêt est ouverte, vérifier :
La pression sur le manomètre (avant le détendeur) est la même que celle fournie à la machine XXX ;
La pression sur le manomètre (après le détendeur) est la même que celle fournie par le technicien XXX sur la "fiche technique" ;
Vérifier s'il y a des fuites avec le liquide spécifique ;
Alimenter le tableau électrique et allumer l'interrupteur principal ;
Allumer pendant un court instant le moteur électrique du ventilateur et contrôler que les moteurs tournent dans la même direction que celle indiquée par la flèche sur leur coque ;
Allumer pendant un court instant le moteur électrique de la pompe hydraulique et contrôler que les moteurs tournent dans la même direction que celle indiquée par la flèche sur leur coque ;
Avec le sélecteur approprié, effectuer quelques mouvements du bras avec précaution et très lentement ; s’assurer du bon placement des tuyaux flexibles, afin qu'ils ne soient pas écrasés ou déformés ;
La machine est maintenant prête à démarrer.
CYCLE DE DÉMARRAGE DE LA MACHINE
ÉCRAN INITIAL
Sur cette page est indiqué le code de la machine XXX (à indiquer au service Ceba en cas de demande d'assistance).
En appuyant sur le "bouton clé" , l'opérateur peut accéder à l’écran "RÉGLAGES"
En appuyant sur le "bouton accueil" , l'opérateur peut accéder à l’écran "ACCUEIL"
ÉCRAN RÉGLAGES
"Bouton réglage" : pour modifier la date et l'heure réglées sur la machine ;
"Bouton nettoyage" :
Bouton à appuyer en cas de dysfonctionnement visuel des pixels sur l'IHM ;
"Bouton étalonnage" :
Bouton à appuyer pour le ré-alignement des capteurs de l'IHM ;
"Bouton d'arrêt" : pour se déconnecter du portail TIA.
En appuyant sur le bouton étalonnage, un mot de passe sera demandé :

utilisateur = Opérateur / Client → mot de passe = 100
ÉCRAN D'ACCUEIL (FIX-SP)
En appuyant sur le bouton, dans le menu "Accueil" – "FIX SP", l'opérateur peut fixer le point de consigne de la machine de chauffage : la machine fournit la puissance thermique maximale pour atteindre la température cible dans le plus court laps de temps.
L'opérateur doit :
Régler la température cible sur "Man.
Point de consigne",
Appuyer sur le bouton "démarrage chauffage".
AIR FCV POS : il donne un feed-back à l'opérateur sur le pourcentage d'ouverture de la vanne de contrôle du débit (c'est-à-dire la valeur de la puissance thermique fournie par la machine de chauffage).
L'indicateur de machine indique à l'opérateur l'état actuel de la machine de chauffage (l'indication change en permanence en fonction de l'état de la machine).
ÉCRAN D'ACCUEIL (PRG)
Dans le menu "Accueil" – "PRG", l'opérateur peut choisir le programme de chauffage requis.
En bas à gauche de la page de l'IHM, l'opérateur peut trouver le bouton de commutation pour le "démarrage à chaud" :
"Démarrage à chaud 0" :
La machine de chauffage suit la recette de température définie dans le logiciel, en considérant que si la poche de coulée est déjà chaude et que la partie initiale du cycle de chauffage définie dans la machine, elle prend en compte une température inférieure, le brûleur fonctionnera au niveau de puissance thermique minimum.
"Démarrage à chaud 1" :
La machine de chauffage suit la recette de température à partir de la température détectée par le thermocouple.
ÉCRAN D'ACCUEIL (SER)
En cas de défaillance du thermocouple ou d'endommagement du câble compensé connecté au thermocouple, la puissance de chauffage fournie par la machine ne peut pas être contrôlée.
Dans le menu "Accueil" – "SER", l'opérateur doit agir sur le commutateur virtuel pour contourner l'alarme.
L'opérateur peut régler la machine en "mode d'alimentation"
Cela signifie que le logiciel ne régule pas la puissance thermique fournie par la machine en fonction du thermocouple, mais en fonction de la puissance thermique : à savoir avec le % d'ouverture de la vanne de contrôle du débit installée sur la ligne d'air de combustion.
Par conséquent, plus le % est élevé, plus la puissance thermique fournie par la machine de chauffage est élevée.
Après avoir réglé le % de puissance thermique, l'opérateur doit appuyer sur le bouton "démarrage du service".
MENU FLAMME – STATION RÉPARTITEUR
Dans le menu "Flamme / Flamme", il est possible de voir la page synoptique du système de combustion avec l'instrument installé le long de la conduite de gaz et d'air de combustion (différentes pressions, plages et températures mesurées tout au long de l'installation).
MENU FLAMME – SYSTÈME DE PRÉCHAUFFAGE AVEC BRÛLEURS POUR LE PRÉCHAUFFAGE SEN
Dans le menu "Flamme / Flamme", il est possible de voir la page synoptique du système de combustion avec l'instrument installé le long de la conduite de gaz et d'air comprimé.
MENU HYDRAULIQUE
Le menu "Flamme / Unité hydraulique" montre l'activation de :
interrupteurs de fin de course installés sur le bras basculant (ZSH / ZSL).

LSL VERT = niveau correct de fluide hydraulique.

Dans le menu "Réglage du recette de chauffage/ Œil ", l'opérateur peut vérifier les étapes de chaque programme de chauffage précédemment réglé.

Dans le menu "Réglage / écriture de recette de chauffage", l'opérateur peut définir chaque étape du programme de chauffage choisi.
ÉCRAN TENDANCE
Dans le menu "écran tendance", l'opérateur peut voir à travers les courbes les tendances de la température par rapport au temps.
Il compare le cycle de chauffage effectué par la machine de chauffage avec la courbe de chauffage pré-sélectionnée (un USB d'au moins 4 Go est inséré pour enregistrer toutes les données).

Arrêt de la machine
Pour arrêter la station de chauffage, l'opérateur peut :
Éteindre les brûleurs au moyen du sélecteur dédié (BRÛLEUR ÉTEINT) ;
Appuyer sur le bouton ARRÊT MACHINE ;
Soulever le bras, lorsque le système perd le signal du "fin de course – position de travail" (commutateur de proximité) et que la machine atteint le "fin de course – position de stationnement", le système arrête le brûleur.
ALARMES
Des alarmes peuvent se produire pour les raisons suivantes :
Si l'une des flammes du brûleur s'éteint, l'ALARME est activée.
Appuyer sur RÉINITIALISER ALARME pour éteindre l'alarme.
Remarque :
Une fois que l'alarme due au blocage du brûleur s'allume, attendre au moins 3 secondes avant de réinitialiser le contrôle de la flamme (en appuyant sur le bouton RÉINITIALISER BRÛLEUR), sinon la condition d'alarme ne disparaît pas.
En cas de température élevée, l'alarme de TEMPÉRATURE ÉLEVÉE est activée.
L'opérateur doit vérifier l'état du thermocouple, l'état du câble compensé ou les conditions de régulation des brûleurs.
Pour réinitialiser l'alarme, appuyer sur le bouton-poussoir RÉINITIALISER ALARME (l'alarme ne peut pas être effacée sauf si la condition d'alarme a été résolue).
Si l'une des protections du moteur détecte une défaillance (ventilateur, unité hydraulique), l'ALARME est activée.
L'opérateur doit vérifier l'état des moteurs installés sur la machine de chauffage (ventilateur, unité hydraulique), effacer la panne du moteur et restaurer le disjoncteur.
Ce n'est que lorsque la panne a été effacée que l'opérateur peut appuyer sur RÉINITIALISER ALARME pour éteindre l'alarme.
En cas de défaillance du contrôle de l'étanchéité, l'ALARME est activée.
Appuyer sur RÉINITIALISER ALARME pour éteindre l'alarme.
Une fois l'alarme désactivée, en cas de défaillance du contrôle de l'étanchéité, vérifier à nouveau l'état des électrovannes principales.
Si le niveau de fluide hydraulique à l'intérieur du réservoir est faible, l'ALARME est activée.
Remplir le réservoir hydraulique de liquide hydraulique et appuyer sur RÉINITIALISER ALARME pour éteindre l'alarme.

Pour éviter de laisser la porte du panneau de commande électrique ouverte lorsque la machine CEBA est en marche.
Cela compromet la protection des composants électroniques contre la poussière de fer, qui endommagerait les composants internes.
Vérifier qu'il n'y a pas de gouttes d'eau du toit du site où l'installation est installée, de gouttes d'eau sur les composants électriques externes ou sur le boîtier de l'armoire électrique, elles pourraient endommager les composants électroniques ou provoquer des courts-circuits.
Chaque fois que vous essayez d'allumer le brûleur, le gaz est laissé dans le répartiteur ; ne modifiez donc pas la procédure de démarrage et n'insistez pas longtemps pour éviter que le répartiteur ne soit saturé de gaz.
Après trois essais d'allumage, remonter le capot /bras pour permettre à l'air de circuler ; replacer la machine en position de travail et répéter la séquence d'allumage.
La machine XXX est conçue pour fonctionner en cycle de chauffage comme prévu dans le contrat ; ne gardez pas la température maximale du cycle de chauffage au-delà du temps indiqué dans le contrat.
En cas de nécessité de maintenir le cycle plus longtemps, abaisser la température de consigne à 900 °C et seulement une heure avant la fin du cycle, pour atteindre la température maximale.
Cela permet d'augmenter la durée de vie de la machine.
La machine XXX n'a pas été conçue pour fonctionner en tant que machine de secours.
Ne pas laisser le bras en position de travail sur le répartiteur chaud (avec le ventilateur d'air de combustion éteint) pour éviter les problèmes de surchauffe.
Le brûleur peut être allumé soit avec le bras en position de travail, soit après que le bras ait été déplacé par la position de stationnement (il est possible d'allumer le brûleur lorsque le bras est en position intermédiaire).
