DescriptionCreado por Ley Provincial 7843, el Colegio de Traductores Pblicos es una Institucin Pblica con atribuciones delegadas por el Estado Provincial a los efectos de asegurar la idoneidad en el ejercicio profesional, para lo cual cumple con las siguientes funciones:







Ejercer el gobierno de la matrcula.





Promover la adecuada observancia de la tica profesional.





Defender a la comunidad frente al ejercicio ilegal de la profesin.





Fomentar la permanente actualizacin y capacitacin de los miembros



colegiados.





Brindar un marco general y equitativo para los profesionales matriculados.





Jerarquizar la profesin de Traductor Pblico y reafirmar el rol que le



compete en la justicia y la sociedad.





Arbitrar los medios necesarios para evitar la competencia desleal,



principalmente de los que ejercen la profesin sin ttulo habilitante.
