I finished my studies in Stellenbosch, South Africa in 2008 (BA, Post-grad Teaching; Post-grad Translation & Interpreting) after living in London, UK for 2 years. I am a children's book author and ex English and Art teacher.
I worked as project manager at sub-Saharan Africa's largest translation agency for four years, where I worked with SDL Trados and Wordfast.
I specialise in medical (ICFs, research studies), pharmaceutical and IT (software) translations, as well as creative advertising copy (TVC, radio & print) for high-end brands.
Besides translation and project management, I'm an experienced Afrikaans and SA English accent voice-over artist, copywriter, proofreader and editor.
I own Wordfast and SDL Trados 2014.
