The correct phrase is probably:
قدس الله سره
Which according to the explanation below by Sheikh (Dr.) Salman Al-'Odah is equivalent to: قدس الله روحه, which means "may Allah sanctify (or purify) his soul'. That is to forgive the deceased and clear his soul from the effect of all wrongdoing the person may done during his life.

الحمد لله، هذه العبارات متقاربة في المعنى ومقصودها الإحسان إلى الميت، والدعاء له بالطيب والطهارة، وليس شيء من هذه العبارات مأثوراً بالسنة أو عن السلف الأول، لكنها موجودة في كلام العلماء الذين يُؤرخون فيعبرون عن منزلة المترجم له بذكر قولهم: قدس الله روحه، أو قُدس سرّه، والتقديس: التطهير، والتطهير: إزالة الخبث وإزالة السوء، وقولهم: قُدس سرّه، يظهر لي أنها بمعنى قدس الله روحه؛ لأن الروح باعتبار أنها أمر خفي فهي بهذا الاعتبار سرّ،
